More Ghost Poop {{ Halloween Treats}}

Halloween is days away, so for you last minute Charlies (like me most days), that still need a quick and easy Halloween treat or favor nothing is better or EASIER than this.

Ghost Poop.

Yes, I did a post on more Halloween themed poop. I think this is one of the Holidays that make this more acceptable than others, so it's okay...really it is.

Anyhooooooo..

I did make a template for this last year, which looks like this all done.

But thought that I would re-work it a bit, so you will actually have two options to print from. This is what the newer version looks like.

All you would need to do it print and cut them out. Folded over they measure 1-1/2 inches(h) x 3.75 inches(w) So you could attached them to cello bags or even small sandwich bag with a staple.

Just be sure to fill the bag with mini marshmallows first :)

You could even fill a small bowl with mini marshmallows or regular sized ones and just fold over the label to be used as a food label

You can print either template out by clicking on the images below!!

Hope you enjoyed this post! If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below :)

Mini Halloween Candy Bar Wrappers {{Free Printable}}

Keeping with the theme of Halloween....

I made some cute, adorable spooktacular inspired  labels for Hershey's miniature candy bars.

Not sure which miniature candy bars I am talking about???? Well, here they are all neekid and plain.

Personally I think they look so much more fabulous all dressed up for the holiday. I actually made these from sticker labels, so all you have to do is print and wrap each bar individually. I used Avery Multi Use Labels #5440 and created a template to design the images on.

Sorry for the big glare on the photo. Just so you know these are NOT labels on a 8-1/2 x 11 sheet, they measure smaller on a 4x6 sheet. So if you decide to print them out on the sticker be sheet be sure to change your printer's setting so it knows that it will be printing out on a 4x6 sized paper.

Or else you will probably get super frustrated and send me mean messages saying that the printables don't work, when in actuality they do. But if you do seem to have any problems, please just contact me and I'll do my best to help you out.

I made three different  versions of these, one in black, orange and purple. So there is a nice assortment of colors in the variety.

Just a side note, if you want to just print them on paper and wrap the bars yourself, you would only need to glue or tape the edges to do so.

Either way they look great you can give them out as treat on Halloween, serve them in a bowl for a Halloween party...or just spruce up your own home for the upcoming holiday.

Cute...cute...cute!!!

I plan on wrapping a few assorted treats in a cello bag with some ribbon and a Halloween Inspired tag so that my daughter can give them out to the other children in her  pre-school class for their Halloween party.

Just something to make a plain old candy bar into something more fabulous and festive. The tags measure 2x2 and are black, orange and purple. They can be printed out on a 8-1/2 x 11 piece of paper or card stock if you prefer them to be more sturdy. Just punch a hole in the corner and loop some colorful ribbon through to attach.

On a side note...which is your favorite kind of miniature Hershey's chocolate bar?????

I love me some Mr.Goodbar and my Hubbers and kids like the Crisp Rice infused ones :) But once they are wrapped, you have to settle for being surprised with whichever one you pick :)

You can print out the labels and tags by following the links below!

Halloween Party Pack {{Free Printables}}

So yes peoples, it's getting closer!

Halloween that is!

In honor of this fabulous day to make and create, I came up with some fun themed goods to dress up any type of Halloween celebration.

A party is always so much more festive with the right decor. So for a holiday that emphasizes dressing up...this is the way to go.

Let's begin with a "Happy Halloween" Bunting....

You can string this on any color ribbon or string that you like. It can add to any type of dessert table or just hang loosely a a back drop on a wall. You can print it on plain old paper, but a card stock or thicker type of paper will allow it to be more sturdy. Just print and cut, then fold the top over or punch holes in the eges to run ribbon or string through.

It's actually has four different colors; blue, yellow, orange and purple. So you can print out what ever combo you like or all of them to mix and match.

Next up is always my favorite...Cupcake wrappers.

I made three different versions....... a ghost.

A bat....(Bad picture...I know, I know)

And of course a pumpkin...

A neat little way to spice up plain old cupcakes.

Print which ever version you like and simply cut it out. These can also be printed on card stock for a sturdier wrapper, although to be cost effective you may just opt for plain paper, since they will be destroyed literally upon consumption of the cupcake.

There are two wrapper per each 8-1/2 x 11 sheet, so print whatever amount you need.

If your not into the whole cupcake wrapper thing though, you can still brighten up a cupcake or two or three with square cupcake toppers.

Each measures 2x2 and can be adhered to a lolly pop stick and placed into a cupcake. Just print ad cut them out. Like most of the other items these can also be printed on plain paper, although I choose to go with a thicker sturdier type of card stock, because I prefer the way it holds up better.

There is also an assortment to choose from.....

And last, but not least is drink labels. These are always fun to dress up plain old water bottles. They measure 2x8 and should wrap around any standard water bottle.

You could even use them on any flavored drink containers you may use to serve beverages. There are three labels per sheet in black, orange and purple, keeping with the color scheme or all the other party elements

All of the items can be printed by following the links below!!

Mummy Poop and {{Free}} Printable

Wanna hear something super exciting??????

In less than five days I will get to hold my little man. I'm scheduled to deliver this Friday so I am super excited,  yet at the same time filled with the feeling that it's not enough time to finish everything that needs to be done.

But seriously, when do I (or anyone else for that matter) ever have enough time to finish all that NEEDS to be done.

Whatever....let's move on to Mummy Poop.

Yes, Mummy Poop! Gross or intriguing????  Please read more, before you decide.

I coined the name "Mummy Poop" but what it's really called, I'm not entirely sure.( If you know, please let me know) I first tasted this at a group picnic of my fellowship a few months back and literally tracked down the woman who made it to tell me what it was made of.

(For those of you with peanut or any type of nut allergies, because this probably isn't the treat for you.) It's a mixture of melted white chocolate, peanut butter, miniature marshmallows and peanuts. I'm thinking it's a spin off of Rocky Road, except with white chocolate and peanut butter.

Although now that  think about it, it would probably taste awesome with regular old chocolate too......so I'll have to think of another type of treat that can become, hopefully something less "immature" than Mummy Poop....or not .

But in a nut shell...it's soooooo effin' good.

This is what you will need.....
  • Package of white chocolate or white chocolate candy melts.
  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Miniature Marshmallows
  • Peanuts
  • Wax Paper lined baking sheet.
Now this is probably the easiest thing you can ever make in your life, because in all honesty you really don't have to measure anything. It's all a taste thing, but for those of you that are unsure I'll break it down a bit. But keep in mind you can add more or less of anything in this recipe to cater it to your own tastes....any which way you do it will taste fabulous....

Just trust :)  seriously.....
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts.
  • Add in 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter to the melted chocolate, mix it well.
  • Add in 1 cup of mini marshmallows, mix.
  • Add 1/2 cup of peanuts....mix :)
Easy.

After you have your concoction together, scoop them out onto wax paper to set. You can make them as big or as small as you like. If you want them to set fast, stick them in the fridge. If they end up to big, they can easily be cut into smaller pieces.

As your "Mummy Poop" is setting, you can print out these fun labels.

You actually have a few options with these. You can fill clear cello bags with your Mummy Poop and fold and attach these to the top. I used bags that were 3-3/4 x 6. The folded labels measure a little over 3-3/4 across. So they fit wonderfully and make fun little treat bags to give out, but I'm sure if needed you could use sandwich baggies as well.

You can alternatively fill a bowl with your Mummy Poop and just fold the printable to be used as a food label.

How ever you choose to use them, they will definitely peek peoples interest to taste the strangle concoction and after that first bite, they'll be reaching for another piece! But if peanut butter goodness is not your thing, don't fret, you can use plain old marshmallows as well.....still fun!!!

You can print out the template for the Mummy Poop {{HERE}} I used a card stock to print them on because I like a thicker label for use, but regular old paper could be used a well. There are 6 images on the template so all you need to do is print and cut them out!!

Hope you enjoyed this post. Please continue to check back weekly for all the Halloween themed treats and printables I'll be posting as Halloween approaches!

Frighty Delighty......Halloween Partay

Like the new look for the Halloween season????

My hubbers came home from work last week, grinning with his "I have a great idea smile"and threw the name Frighty Delighty to me since it works so well with this month. And as much as it makes me nuts, his ideas usually are awesome, very much like he is!

And because people.....Finally it's October, which means not only am I due to meet my little man super de duper de soon, but Halloween is approaching....

I swear my eldest kiddo just started preschool half a minute ago.

But isn't that how time seems to speed up at this time of year as another holiday season descends upon us yet again.

Those of you having a Halloween party.......Well,  I made something just for you. Free printable invites, they are the start of  few goodies and other free printables I will be posting about as Halloween gets closer.

My goal this year was to get more Halloween  themed posts out, unlike last year which I only did this one , this one, and my pathetic attempt to channel my inner Iambaker, (which I found out didn't exist within me) with my version of  this failure of a cupcake.

At the time I had so many good intentions of doing so much more, but well, I also got real and discovered.....It's all about improving :) As time has gone by I have found what works for me in regards to posting and what works with my schedule  and I just try to stay consistent with that...for now.

So far for the Halloween season I have made...

So with just those three posts I mentioned above I am way past what I did last year and so much better :) I figured let me get in as much as possible before the little babes arrives  because who knows what will happen after his arrival.

With the invitations, I actually made two different kinds, because#1 I'm just annoying like that and #2 If given the free time I would make hundreds of different versions. Just because I find it so fun and relaxing and there are so many points of inspiration abound at this time of year that get my mental muscles a' twitchin. to create.

The basic color premise is the good old orange and black, but I also added in some purple and light blue because I liked it.

These can be printed on card stock, cut to size and filled out with whatever information that is needed. The measurements are 4.25x 5 and 5-1/2 x4, so they can be mailed out in a envelope that will fit those dimensions if needed. You can purchase both the card stock and envelopes at any local craft store and if your lucky with a coupon, get them super cheap.

There are two image per each 8-1/2x11 sheet of paper and you can print as many as you choose.

Super Easy!!

Just click on the images below and it will take you to a new page where you can print out the invites!!!

Hope you enjoy these!! And please check back next week for more Halloween inspired goodies!
